The focus in this 2 hour class is healing and strengthening your core. You will learn
and practice 3 exercises to support your healing. Additionally, you will be assessed
for Diastasis Recti and learn helpful information to better take care of your body for
life. Pregnancy and childbirth put a lot of strain on your body and can cause
problems for the rest of your life if you don’t know what to do. Mama’s who’ve
attended this class have said this material needs to be in every childbirth class.
