APPS for meditation:
GentleBirth App Fertility, Pregnancy, Birth, Early parenting specific
"Insight Timer" This is a free APP for timing mediations: you can set the time you desire to meditate, gong sound, and even some background music/white noise if you like. I find it useful for my daily morning routine, and hope you will find it useful as well.
Another wonderful tool is the Expectful APP.
